The painted legs appear to be in motion due to the staggered arrangement of the individual image parts and elements. A further pictorial space is also opened up by depicting individual legs as if they were reflected upside down. In this series, I am therefore trying to play with pictorial space in order to expand it and capture the aspect of movement.
